Our standard hire period is two days. If your event needs a different schedule, tell us when you request a quote and we will plan the most suitable delivery and collection times with you.
How far in advance should I book?+
For standard bookings, please contact us at least three days in advance. For larger events or bookings that need a more involved setup, allow at least one week where possible.
Can you help with a last-minute booking?+
We may be able to help with last-minute bookings, although availability cannot be guaranteed. Call us as soon as you know what you need.
How do weekend deliveries work?+
Weekend orders are usually delivered on Friday evening and collected on Sunday evening or during the day on Monday. We confirm the exact schedule with you before the event.
Do you deliver and install the marquees?+
Yes. We provide delivery and professional setup. Eligible items can be collected from our Bayswater location, but some equipment must be installed by our team for safety.
