When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, event date, location, event type, guest count, equipment preferences, ground surface and any notes you provide.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, recommend a suitable setup, prepare a quote and coordinate a booking if you choose to proceed. We do not use the enquiry form to create a public customer account.
Sharing and storage
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and deliver the enquiry to our team, or where required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
Your choices
You can request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to remove enquiry information that we no longer need to retain.
